Excellent stay. Clean comfortable room. Courteous/helpful staff. Breakfast was busy but had a basic variety of options. Would stay again given area options/amenities close by.

The hallways needed to be vacuumed especially around the floorboards, they need another person in the breakfast room, they have one guy

The breakfast was not good at all and did not find staff professional. Only fruit option was apple and no veggies. Things not labeled properly and when i asked staff they didn't know either. The pool and pool area was very dirty in the morning. The pool and hot tub didnt seem to be working well either. The quality has gone down since our last stay 1.5 years ago.

Over all Good experience

Nothing bad to say apart from the early check-in policy. At $30 it was just annoying. I've never encountered it at the usual place I stay in that area. Staff was wonderful. Parking most excellent. Location amazing.

Small room things broken, terrible lighting

Very Clean. Breakfast was fine to good, Location was nice.

We stayed for 3 nights in the suite with kitchenette and pullout couch. Overall it was clean and convenient! However, when we pulled out the bed from the couch, there was an old sheet still on it covered in dirt, yellow stains and what looked like old blood. I went to the front desk to tell them and was told there was no house keeping at that time (around 4:30 I believe). I was given new bedding and changed it myself but that wasn’t a great impression. Other than that the facilities were great, breakfast was amazing and staff was friendly.

Very easy property to get to with lots of restaurants and businesses options to walk to. Room was clean, but bathroom slightly out dated. Breakfast had many options to chose in the morning with everything labeled if you have dietary or glutten options. Would like the office to contact with one problem and I dont feel the need to paste that here.

Nicely furnished, quiet room. Pool was crowded and noisy but hot tub worked well. Finding the hotel for the first time was made more difficult with the flooding on Highway 21 from Camrose.

Clean. Close to some restaurants that you can walk to. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was really bad. It was a trickle. My coworker had the same problem. Will ask if that is resolved before I book again.

Omelette station is a big hit, friendly staff & great to have use of gym, pool, hottub & sauna.

It was good no complaints

Was greeted in a quick , professional manner.The room was nice and very clean. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great! I was most impressed with breakfast buffet! I have never seen so many options on a complimentary breakfast! Waffles. Scrambled eggs, tater tots, sausage, fried chicken nuggets, yogurt, fruit, cereal. Plus a made to order omelette station! Wow! Even had coffee machine that made lattes, cappuccino, hot chocolate etc! Was centrally located near lots of stores and restaurants and less than an hour away from Edmonton airport. Would definitely go again, even if it was just for a weekend get away. My only complaint is room wasn't very soundproof from the hallway, sounded like people were in our room. But by 10 pm it was quiet

Everything was great

Breakfast was amazing. Fresh made omelettes and fresh make yourself waffles were excellent. Great coffee. Very impressive made the day worth while.
