Aside from its proximity to the station, it's basically not good. The price is quite expensive compared to other hotels in the same category. The staff are also unfriendly, even though they are Japanese. They work like machines, not with the spirit of Omotenashi.

For first-time travelers, the Apa Hotel is an excellent choice. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very close to the airport and Ueno Station. It's also close to shopping centers. The only downside is the small room size. Otherwise, it's excellent.

It was a great stay at this hotel, close to the station, Ueno Park, and Ameyoko Market. It was fantastic.

Everything was great, from check-in to checkout. The location is close to Ueno Station and the Keisei Skyliner, making it easy to get to Narita Airport early in the morning.

I always stay in this hotel because it's very easy from the train station, many foods surrounding it, and near a convenience store. The room is small but very comfortable and efficient.

At the end of January 2016, I booked for 5 nights.. The price is considered acceptable for the convenience received.

The room is clean and has all the facilities you need. It's close to shopping, dining, sightseeing, and the BTS and MRT. Very convenient. I recommend it.

Although the hotel room was small, it was quite comfortable. The amenities were complete, and the room was clean. The best part was the hotel's highly strategic location—close to Ueno Park, with plenty of dining options and convenience stores just steps away. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would definitely choose to stay there again if I return to Tokyo

Hotel with a good location, near Keisei Ueno Station for people who are landing at Narita. Just a 10 minute walk from Keisei Ueno Station, right next to Ueno Park.
