Stayed here for a night due to a flight delay.
Positives: Location in Miraflores next to the Indian Market. Room is furnished in a modern, clean way.
Negatives:
Staff inattentive, don't care much about anything. Arrived at 11PM and didn't get any snacks/food/water, despite being promised by the airline due to the delay.
Free tea/hot water provided in the reception area: Water was dirty since it was still coffee-stained dispenser - they didn't wash out and when I pointed it out, they again didn't care.
There's no free filtered water dispenser. I asked for water quality in Lima, and was assured by receptionist that the water is safe. She gave me the cold water but it was indeed gross.
Even for breakfast they offer "agua fria" from the tap in a glass bottle, which is gross and not filtered.
