Coast hotel needs to step up. Use to be a great hotel chain. Not like it use to be.

They didn't clean the room daily

Clean room and nice staff

The property is getting older. Desk staff was great in putting my freezerstuff in their freezer overnight. Dining independent which could be inconvenient.

A little run down but not the worst choice in Williams Lake.

The room was clean but the whole place felt old and tired

Only stayed 1 night for work. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and informative. Air Conditioning in the room was a little loud. Building looking a little old but besides that all was as good.

Needs an update badly.

our room was clean but the bathroom ceiling was water damaged from a leek above at some point, and had a moldy looking hole in the tile , not bad if you didn’t look up

Everything was just fine with my stay

The room was generally clean and up to my expected standards. The staff was friendly and attentive. The coffee maker had not been cleaned and there was paper towel in the water vat. The tub needed obvious attention as the drain had corroded and been corroded for a while. It was unsighhtly.

It was close to all shopping center area.

For advertising as a full breakfast there was very limited choices. Breakfast lady was a little grumpy

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom needs an update, carpets and windows dated. Odd that it’s the norm for the TV to be on when guest arrives as well as toilet seat up. It looked like the welcome wasn’t complete with those two ‘out of place’. Breakfast was OK. The curb appeal needs some attention, if felt as if I was entering through a back of the building loading entrance. I would stay again.

We were given a pet room since we have two cats and the whole room smelled like foot fungus.

Menu for breakfast was good ac was ok. The girl at the front desk has extremely good customer service. I had a problem with my first room and she had a solution on it in minute plus acted on it. You don’t see this very often!

Excellent location close to my family I was visiting

No reservation when we arrived. Expaedia system errored and booked us a day later. I had to reserve again on the spot. Thank goodness I insured the initial booking. Cancelled it. Color scheme was dingy and older. A bug crawled on my adult son who was our driver. Our room was quite aways down the hallway. Quite a walk for two elders.
