Great hotel in a great location. I like AC hotels for their comfortable rooms, helpful staff and efficient service

Very low bang for the buck. Would strike down a couple of levels. Would be satisfied if the fare was half.

Could use a few upgrades to the breakfast buffet. Rooftop pool was nice. Half ways could use a carpet cleaning.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff was always super nice, available, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us get connected with transportation to/from the airport, food recs, and find local spots to tour. The rooms were so nice and always clean! They have water AND ice in the hallways, and they have a rooftop pool and dinner/bar area available on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at the AC Hotel in Guadalajara was extremely disappointing. The hotel did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. The room and common areas did not feel properly cleaned, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. For a hotel that markets itself at this level, I expected much better maintenance and attention to detail. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The overall condition of the property made it clear that cleanliness is not being kept to an acceptable standard. Considering the price, this stay felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel significantly improves its cleaning standards and overall upkeep

We arrived around 7am day of check in. Checked in no problem and stored my bags and visitied town. Came back to a clean room and an excelent stay. This is my go to hotel when I visit Guadalajara and will keep staying here
