SPA - nowhere on booking or hotel description is says that to use sauna you have to pay extra 900 MXN per person. Receptionist despite showing her the booking and lack of information about charges diaregarded it. Sauna and ice plunge was the only reason I have selected this hotel and paid extra vs. others. Update your information to not confuse customers.

Desayuno excelente, y la que limpió el cuarto adorable, PERO en el spa estaba cayendo del techo una cascada de agua, el vapor no sacaba vapor, el sauna no calentaba casi nada, la mitad de los botones de la alberca de agua no funcionan, el elevador no jalaba la llave a nuestro piso.. le hace falta muchisimo mantenimiento a TODO

En general, tuve una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación estaba súper linda, muy limpia, cómoda y con una excelente vista. Todo se veía muy bien cuidado y el servicio a la habitación fue espectacular; el personal siempre fue muy atento y amable. Sin embargo, siento que al hotel le faltan más espacios de entretenimiento para disfrutar dentro de las instalaciones. Durante mi estadía, el bar no estaba habilitado y el hotel no cuenta con piscina ni otras zonas recreativas donde uno pueda relajarse o pasar el tiempo sin tener que salir. También solo hay un restaurante dentro del hotel, aunque personalmente no lo visité. Si buscas comodidad, limpieza y buen descanso, definitivamente es una muy buena opción. Pero si te interesa tener más opciones de entretenimiento o ambiente dentro del hotel, creo que todavía tienen espacio para mejorar en ese aspecto.

The hotel installations are in a poor state. The services feel more of things you have to ask for rather than things that should be in your room. Room service time is poorly manage as well as as the room.

The room was not that clean. Floors looked like they were not cleaned. The sides of the refrigerator were very dirty. The Tub hot water didn't work, and the spray nozzle for the show l leaked and sprayed everywhere.

Todo muy bien! Solo si hace falta una alberca para complementar las excelentes vistas.
