Room was good. Food excellent, especially on the day of Jaffna night. The only issue is the musty smell in the entrance and room hallways

I stayed three nights at the Jaffna JetWing in early September 2025 and the stay was very pleasant, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were spacious, clean and I slept well on the bed. The bathroom was clean but a bit of a tight squeeze - especially getting in and out of the bathroom. But that is a minor detail as the bathroom was well equipped with towells and soaps. One of most enjoyable features was its rooftop bar they call Sky lounge. There is a constant warm breeze that goes through that lounge is so relaxing and cooling. Hghly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Good location but rooms not clean enough

Following the civil war in Sri Lanka, Jaffna is getting used to tourists again. Jetwing was a very safe hotel, the staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable.

The staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and more than willing to assist in any way they can. The breakfast buffet had a good spread of eastern and western dishes to choose from. Its located the heart of Jaffna town which makes it very convenient.

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and quick to accommodate us in checking in earlier than anticipated. Rooms are very comfy and the beds are a delight to sleep on.

We had a comfortable stay at Jetwing and will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Jaffna!

The food was fantastic but the rooms were very small, piad and booked for 3 nights but only stayed 2 nights.

Good

Spent three nights at Jetwing Jaffna on a trip to the peninsula. I grew up in Sri Lanka, but, never had been to Jaffna and I wanted to visit. Jet wing is a great base around which to plan a trip to Jaffna. It is new, rooms are fantastic, staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and the food is exceptional. If you go there, try to get the Jaffna Seafood buffet. Unbelievable! Very convenient to drive or take a rental car to rest of Jaffna. Also walkable to the main city attractions including the bustling market. If I go back to Jaffna, I’ll definitely stay at jetwing again.
