Mattresses were too soft and overdue. There could be a coffee machine at the breakfast room. Filter coffee was awful.

El parking del hotel estaba inhabilitado y habíamos decidido dormir en este hotel por el parking. Nunca nos avisaron que el parking no funcionaba. La atención del personal no es buena para nada. Llegamos con mucho equipaje y nadie se acercó a ayudarnos. El personal muy poco atento. Habíamos reservado dos habitaciones y nos indicaron mal a quienes le tocaban la de 3 y a quienes la de 2. Uno de los baños estaba con muy feo olor. La verdad nos decepcionaron.

The attention of the front desk staff deserves recognition. They where extremely attentive and courteous.

Very nice hotel. A much better and higher standard than any Hilton Garden Inn I stayed in the US. Very convenient as it has a direct entrance to the Montevideo Shopping Center.

My 2nd or 3rd stay here. Excellent property, except one comment: Room lighting is very deficient; one could barely see what is in drawers, or across the room.

We like very much and enjoy staying at Hilton Garden inn Montevideo , Uruguay. Excellent hotel and wonderful staff group of nice young people!!!! We’ll be there for sure in our next visit to Montevideo, Uruguay.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They tried their best to make our stay a wonderful one. The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent they had choices for everyone.
