Amazing! Great and kind staff, safe and cute building/rooms. I'd absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Cusco. Breakfast was delicious!

Staff was amazing. From front desk (Urpi) to the housekeeping staff. They even packed a Box Lunch for our tour that begun at 4am. I highly recommend this little Gem in Cusco.

I would LOVE to stay here again. Such a beautiful place was fresh breakfast and wonderful views only the city! I can’t wait to come back !

Clean rooms, attentive staff, great location

The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious. The staff was helpful, they had made a small mistake with my reservation but corrected it right away. WiFi was not the best but I was still able to work remotely.

Jhina was such a welcoming host and the rooms were so cozy! Perfect view for the NYE fireworks as well. We had to leave early in the morning and Jhina even premade our breakfast so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Would definitely recommend!

The room was clean. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She even assisted with calling the doctor to the room because of altitude sickness. Would definitely recommend.

Room was ok. It didn’t have ac, and it smelled like mold. To get some air in, we had to open the window but it was really noisy with the cars traffic and constant honking. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a quiet location. An early breakfast box is available.

Clean room, staff was really helpful and I had the option to order my breakfast the day before so it would be available for an early flight. It was a bit noisy because the walls are paper thin.

Within walking distance to Mercado central de San Pedro where you can find good prices for souvenirs.

Friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Glad they were able to receive us before check in time.

Closed to everything

The first night the room is super small not what we reserved luxury room. No table, no heating before 9pm. We asked to upgrade the room on second day and it was much better. However the location is a bit remote and it took longer waiting time to have an uber. The stuff is very kind, patient and helpful!

We loved our stay! We had a beautiful view and they made delicious breakfast. The location is a bit of a walk (maybe 15 minutes) to most restaurants.

Amazingly service-minded staff. Good breakfast. Coca tea and oxygen (for altitude sickness) readily available at hotel free of charge. Would recommend.
