Despite being marketed as a pet-friendly hotel by your site, this is not the case. I had sent them a mail at the time of booking about the dog but got no reply. When I arrived at check-in with my dog the lady at reception was surprised but said that the dog was only allowed in the room. However, later on when I wanted to take the dog out for the last time before bed, she had left and it was the night manager on duty. He practically exploded with rage on seeing the dog, said that dogs weren't allowed and tried to man-handle me out of reception. I explained to him that I had booked mentioning the dog and he said it was impossible. Not a very pleasant experience.
The hotel is old and out-dated, but for 1 night it would be bearable if it wasn't for the noise. Very noisy hotel with no sound-proofing in the rooms, you can hear everything in the other rooms.
The breakfast was ok.
