The hotel is very centrally located along the riverside of Da Nang city. Although it's facing the main road, the noise pollution is minimal. We booked a standard double room (I thought I booked a room with a balcony but seems like I didn't) and it came without windows, on the 7th floor, so without lights turned on, it's dark and we couldn't differentiate day from night.
Having said that, the room facilities were acceptable for the price point and location. Shower water pressure was good, the bed was pretty comfortable though still on a slightly firmer mattress texture. There are 3-4 areas of plug points, so it's sufficient for all the charging needs. I like it that drinking water is provided in glass bottles, reducing single-use drinking. There's also the small kettle jug for boiling hot water, where required. The air conditioning was also cool enough and there's a wall fan for additional circulation.
The hotel is located within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the popular Han Market, some well-known eateries, plenty of spa and massage centers (there's even one in-house), some 24-hour rice and noodles restaurants, loads of local eateries/coffeeshops/dessert shops, and the nice riverfront for a walk or jog. The local Cho market is just less than a 10-minute Grab ride away, with Go! Supermarket right across the Cho Market as well (much cheaper products than at the Han Market and not so overwhelming with sellers grabbing tourists from various directions).
It may not be a posh hotel, but certainly a very convenient one for a short stay that we would recommend it.
