Staff in reception was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and very warm. We dropped the temperature to 17C but it was still at 20.5 this morning. And we back onto some fire hall so the sirens woke us up a couple of times during the night.

Our door wouldn't stay closed and our toilet didn't flush. Room was dingey

Receptionist was not friendly at all was more concerned about being on her cell phone, also we had kids next to us that were loud at night and early in morning. The rooms had a towel on window cause of draft .

The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous. The thermostat in the room was not working but very quickly fixed by the staff.

Staff is lovely! Conveniently located near hospital. Lobby area and hallways are fine. Room is clean, but very dated and in need of upgrading.

Check in was seamless, room was clean and spacious…and quiet.

We asked in advance and on the day of for parking and plug in for as 45 foot bus. Both times we were assured that there would be room put aside. When driver and bus arrived there was no parking
