Beautiful setting and great service

The room was very small and no small fridge, it was cramped and difficult to move around, we were charged for the room by the hotel.com web site and again by the hotel it was very annoying won’t be staying there again.

Very nice welcome, very friendly Staff,We were upgraded to very lovely room with great view out over the beach to Caldy Island. We didn't eat in the Hotel , the room package that we chose didn't include breakfast and we didn't see any detailed dining menus. We had a very nice two night break.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, fantastic view towards the sea/beach, did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment, however thought breakfast was a bit expensive! Initially issue with our bedroom not being up to standard but resolved immediately and complimentary drinks given for inconvenience! In general some communal areas need attention.

Staff were all incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Food was excellent especially Pembrokeshire Chowder

The air conditioning wasn't working and the bed smelled of sweat. I don't recommend the fourth floor, as the rooms are low and small.

Great central location, and stunning sea views from the restaurant and terrace area. Perfect location to walk to the beach or into town. Our room was clean and comfortable but very small, and sadly quite noisy. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel, where they have some sort of fan machine running and you could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and staircase, which was just outside our door so I’d suggest taking earplugs for sure.

Our second stay at this lovely hotel, the staff are superb and the views from the patio spectacular.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was exceptional, so big and airy. Great size fridge in the room. Superb view.

The room was cleanly made and had simple but tasteful decor. Amenities were sufficient and the staff was responsive when we had to ask for additional supplies. The restaurant downstairs had a magnificent seaview though, so having a meal there would certainly be nice. It definitely is value-for-money, and made for a very nice stay.

Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms although a bit on the small side. Breakfast great. Didn’t have an evening meal so can’t comment on that. Lovely to sit outside with a cold beer overlooking the beach and sea. I would 100% stay again.

Fab staff and fab hotel!

Just a lovely cosy hotel overlooking the beach...fantastic bar area to have a drink in the sun....great location and the room we stayed in had a great view and was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

Excellent place. Friendly staff made it all the better.
