The staff were lovely, but the room I stayed in was a bit dusty.

The staff is good and accommodating.

The room was very old, rusty, and the furniture edges were damaged. There was no hairdryer, tissues, trash can, or vanity lamp. We had to ask for the Wi-Fi password every day, which was very inconvenient. The staff offered no assistance whatsoever; they wouldn't give us anything unless we asked, and they didn't even mention that we needed to change rooms. The room was also completely unsound. Overall, I was very unimpressed.

The rooms are old and have several damaged areas.

Stayed for 2 nights, no one came to clean the room, no soap or shampoo refilled, just water left in front of the room.

The room is spacious, clean, tidy, comfortable, safe and quiet, Raman is easy to get to the city center. Always cleaned every day. The price is cheap according to the complete facilities. Anyway, it's fun.
