Overall good, but the air conditioner seems to smell like smoke all the time. I would like to see this improved.

Overall good. But they charged 500 baht for the insurance. But it's good that they collected my ID card instead.

Building looks well. Room looks good. The wall is in new and modern style. The only thing that keep this facility from getting the highest score was hot water. The warm water maker did not seem to make warm water at all through shower head with highest scale. Good room, comfortable, soft bed. There are only 2 things that prevent this hotel from reaching the highest scale: the water heater doesn't work. Even though it has reached its highest point. The water was still not hot. and not sure It is a matter of booking through traveloka or not, resulting in the room having no telephone service in the room. And there was no mention of wifi or giving any wifi code especially that the phone should be available in every room. There are no exceptions. But overall it is still considered good.

เข้าพักก็เก็บค่าประกันห้องละ 500 บาทซึ่งไม่สมควรทำ ไฟฟ้าในห้องมีเพียง 2 ดวง ตรงทางเดินกับในห้องน้ำ สรุปจะไม่ขอใช้บริการโรงแรมในกลุ้ม B2 อีกต่อไป
