Everything was excelllent.

No easy access from the main highway ( carretera ) or to go to the little town you have to get out of the premises and drive around the very heavy highway to go there,,even when there's only one wall dividing the property, the room smells like a rotten egg,we asked to be moved to a different room..

The waterpark is humungous, more than what I expected. The jacuzzi was just the right temp.

Advertised as a water park however closed during the week only open on weekends. Not close to dining options and food at hotel was bland and overpriced. However the pools at the hotel were heated but jacuzzi jets on a timer.

They were all very kind and gave us very good attention.

My visit was one of nostalgia -- the property (pools and room) needed updating, but were clean. Staf could have provided a warmer reception. Visiting from the US, we did not know about the holidays and one entire day, hourly, we heard fireworks going off. I was there mainly to visit Abasolo, but they did not have a local map -- I relied on social media for places off site to eat lunch and dinner.

Don’t bother booking here. Their rides are all closed and the few pools that are open are super dirty. The food is the worst I’ve ever overpaid for. 👎👎

Terrible , noise, no internet conectión ofice bad service

Everything was fine, only the terrible internet service I could never connect to Wi-Fi and the office never helped, but when you leave they don't let you leave the office until someone goes and enters your room and sees that everything is fine, the truth is, I don't know. I would go back even though the place is beautiful

The beds were not comfortable at all. Couldn’t sleep well. Suites aren’t available in Hotels.com not happy with that!

Well worth it for the price. Cleanliness barely acceptable. Restaurant good. Pools (3 plus very large jacuzzi) nice and fun (and quite warm) and gardens beautiful. Very near the town of Abasolo, which is also interesting and fun. Included entrance to the water park only worth it on weekends, becauste most everything is not working during weekdays.

Room service and restaurant service was good but pool service was horrible. It took 30 minutes just to get a beer. This happened back to back days when we visited.

It served the purpose of being close to the family in that area, and to invite them to the water park for a birthday celebration. Not the busiest season for them, so was pretty quiet. Don't have your laundry done there, though... mucho deniro!!
