Conveniently located in Antigua Guatemala but next to a private garden so still quiet. Friendly staff and unbeatable view of all three volcanos

The room is located across the kitchen. Lot of noise from 5 am. I recomend to close that room

The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. The location was good to all of the main areas in Antigua.

The rooms do not have any ventilation for the washrooms and the fans inside the room do not work well.

Old hotel with small rooms and an even smaller bathroom but perfectly okay for a one-night stay.

We had the family room and it was actually quite spacious for the money. Breakfast was only offered when a tour group was passing through. In other words, some days we had it and others we did not. The stairs going up to room 25 would be tough if you have mobility issues. I would recommend staying downstairs. Condition of the hotel fairly good. Shower not great but got the job done. Location is good.

Nice and helpful staff.

Cute hotel and great location. Very clean. No breakfast. The big problem is sound-proofing. At least in the newer part of the hotel, every step on the upper level resonates deeply on the lower rooms. Single paned windows and flimsy doors don't help either. You can hear every conversation from guests in the corridors, every interaction of the staff on walkie-talkies, etc. Staff is correct, but not particularly corteous.

Clean room and hotel felt safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our bags while we did the overnight volcano hike and helped book a shuttle back to Guatemala City. Would stay again!

All fine, except really small bathroom. I could barely get in the door. Otherwise good. Staff very helpful

Este fue un regalo de Navidad que le hice a mi hermana y a su esposo y les encantó. No solo las instalaciones estaban muy bonitas y limpias, el servicio fue excelente y amable y muy céntrico. Ahora, en mi próximo viaje a Guatemala ocupo visitarlo. Muchas gracias por hacer inolvidable la estadía de mi familia. Lo aprecio mucho.

Great location and a very comfortable room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The only downside was that when I asked about breakfast, I was told it wasn’t offered, even though it’s mentioned in the hotel’s description.
