Helpful staff. Very attentive starting with a welcome drink. Outdoor restaurant staff was great and friendly.

Everything was perfect, it was a wonderful stay and matched our expectations of what we wanted from a honeymoon.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel! Location is ideal to visit Sorrento and the entire Amalfi Coast without the crowds nor the noise. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a spectacular two-floor suite. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. We were in communication with the concierge two months before we traveled. They helped us book small-group boat tours to Capri and Amalfi/Paisano, booked restaurants, gave us a ride to the nearest busy stop, They also made sure I celebrated my birthday the best way possible. They even give me a special dessert on my birthday…twice! We were treated like royalty! I recommend this Italian jewel without hesitation. Ciao!

The room, the staff, the restaurants, and the view were all absolutely spectacular! We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant and adding the breakfast option, it was a great way to start our days.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and sunsets. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and very well designed. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil. We would highly recommend this hotel.

From service to the pool to the rooftop, stay there, have the most romantic time and photoshoots, this place is a true gem.

The Villa Fiorella is a beautiful property located just far enough from Sorrento to escape the hustle of that city. The pool facilities are very nice with comfortable recliner. The landscaping around the hotel is superior. We stayed in a larger room with a big terrace. The view of the ocean from our room was spectacular!

Ok but room small and lots of noise from resturant above room not worth the price try Hotel and Spa Bellavista much better and half the price

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. Dont get us started on the pool.... honestly don't think twice about booking here!

I was upgraded to a sea view and the room was beautiful! The staff was very kind and helpful. If you want a quiet getaway it is perfect! My husband and I both had a message and used the spa facility and it was just perfect. Such a nice hotel!!!

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice. We paid $180 extra a night to have an upgraded room to include a hot tub on the balcony, unfortunately the hot tub never got above 90 degrees the entire trip and we couldn’t use it. We told the staff the first day and they sent a worker and he said it would work but it never did. Disappointed to waste $540 on something we didn’t get any value from/: Probably will not stay here again.

An incredible experience! My wife and I stayed at the "Villa Fiorella Art Hotel" during our vacation, everyone was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay! From the second we arrived, until the very last minute of our departure! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! You will not be disappointed! Special thanks to Carmine and Giosue during our early a.m. check out process, you were both truly kind and extremely helpful, we will never forget you!

We paid £650 for 1 night at this hotel to wake up with ants crawling on us, the room was infested! Our drinks covered with ants! We contacted reception to deal with the issue however upon returning to our room, the ants were still there. Not what you expect with such an expensive price tag! Expedia has contacted the hotel since to address the issue but the hotel aren’t interested!

Stunning Property and exceptional service!

This property was by far the best place we have stayed on the Amalfi coast. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Italy. The staff went above and beyond. They definitely made my first trip to Italy a very memorable one.
