Stayed here for one night for a business trip. The good: The staff at check-in was quite friendly. The room was very clean. Amazing water pressure and very hot water. The bad: The room ran hot, and I couldn't turn off the floor heating. The refrigerator somehow froze everything even though the setting was correct (I even tried adjusting the setting and got the same results). Additional notes: No water boiler in the room; you have to go to the shared kitchen if you want to heat up water for consumption. I think the place is also understaffed; during check-out, nobody was at the front desk, and there was a note saying that staff was checking rooms. However, this could be attributed to COVID.

In the middle of 2 metro station, hence some walk from the metro needed. Very beautiful reno of the cafe at L1. Clean room. Simple breakfast provided.

Nothing nice to say but property was cheap. It was like an old boutique hotel in Upper East or Midtown Manhattan but priced at $50. However, we moved to Eldis Regent nearby paying extra $27 per night, thanks to travel protection plan, because the night worker (owner) said he shouldn't be working at night and 24/7 front desk service is for walk-ins and check-ins. We wanted a key per person but the worker did not want to fill out a paperwork. When I cancelled via Expedia, Expedia called him to verify cancellation and he began yelling at Expedia staff "no English" until I told him he better talk after which he answered to all questions in English to Expedia. This was my first time booking Korean hotel for my business trips (Daegu doesn't have an American one) and it was not disappointing to my expectation of inferior staff as it's not Gangnam.

Not convenient to get hot water from the shared kitchen. Suggest a kettle to be provided in the room. Breakfast seems very little.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It is a clean and friendly place conveniently located near the Dongdaegu train station. The staff speak excellent English. I walked 5 minutes in the morning to a local pastry shop Tous Les Jours for a latte and freshly baked goods. Also some deli style stores and small restaurants.

We didn't know the city. The staff was wonderful. The lady at the entrance buy baseball ticket for me (the website was in Korean and quite complicated). They provided breakfast, coffee and a washing machine. It was quiet and very near from all the transportations.

My stay was very pleasant - they thought of the small things - they had plenty of travel adapters available for rent, ironing board and a very amicable staff. I didn't take public transport, but it's a 10-min taxi ride from the train station and quite a nice location.

The heat from the floor makes the room a little warm but other than that it's a cozy place.

This was my 2nd stay here. I mentioned to the staff that my AC unit didn't work during my first stay and a staff member went to my room to make sure everything was in working order, which is was. This hotel is clean, affordable and the staff is very helpful.

Staff was very nice however, the AC didn't even cool the room, the TV cable was intermittent and the bed was very hard.

Excellent hotel. It very hard to come across a Korean hotel that lets you control the air conditioning. This is an added plus as the rooms can be quite warm. The hotel is very clean and the room are excellent. The staff is always helpful in when my taxi driver needs directions

Only stayed 2 nights. It is convenient location just outside city centre. It is a nice size room with a large bathroom. We got a couch and desk/sitting area which was a nice change. The bathroom had a very large and deep shower which we didn't see in other korean hotels we stayed in.
