Lovely and accommodating staff. Aziza was so friendly and helpful and her lovely nature made my stay more enjoyable. Peaceful atmosphere and great ambience in the dining room. It was my second time here, I already knew it's a lovely place and good staff.

Disappointing stay! I don’t understand how this is rated 4 stars. The hotel feels unclean, outdated, and poorly maintained overall, including an outdated bathroom. I also booked (and paid for) a deluxe room advertised as having a king/queen bed, but it was just two beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable and not what was promised. Another big issue: there were no basic toiletries provided, no dental/hygiene kit, and you’re told to purchase them instead, which is surprising for a “4-star” hotel. On top of that, there was loud construction noise starting around 8am from a shopping center being built right across the street, so resting wasn’t possible. Finally, the staff felt unfriendly and rarely even smiled or acknowledged guests. Overall, bad experience, do yourself a favor and stay at a reputable brand hotel instead.

It was amazing overall, amazing service and staff. Only minus is the washroom from day one having a bad smell.

Very clean, lovely, quiet hotel. Lovely staff, delicious food. We were lucky to dine in the Restaurant and experience not only great food, service, ambience but also a guitarist singing songs. So lovely. There is a lot to do in the hotel, there seems to be everything to have yourself a wonderful holiday. Great price also.

This hotel was highly rated so we booked it. However, at the current time it was not cleaned well. The floor of the restaurant at breakfast had broken glass (from the previous night perhaps) and all sorts of rubbish. The carpet in the corridors had not been cleaned; the windows were dirty. The reception area was dark and unwelcoming. Little touches could improve it significantly.

The hotel sel

Breakfast was not good at all. Little choice and served like a primary school canteen. Location not good there are better hotels in Yalova centre or Termal you can go to. You need to wear a swimming hat in the pool which is not advertised. Bed comfortable though and room a good size. Decor needs some tlc, the bathroom especially. It clearly hadn't been looked at since the hotel was built. Personally I would not stay here again.

Lova Hotel is my favorite in Yalova clean tidy comfortable customer service is amazing right when you check in you are greated by Aziza and the always smiling gentle men at front desk i cant complain about anything spa and swimming pool are awesome will be back soon
