A great hotel in a great location. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay in Úbeda! The location was perfect - within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and local advice. A wonderful base for exploring this beautiful city. Highly recommended!

A sold 8/10, good size rooms, mine was a roof room, I could imagine this would get very warm during the summer months, the bed and bedding were excellent, the room was a little tired, the velux blinds frayed around the edges, as a result they let light in. The outdoor roof pool is unusable, wonderful veiws from up there, but the space really needs a make over. I didn't use the spa. The location is amazing, the staff wonderfull, the parking is problematic, the Bar is great, I didn't use the resteraunt. I honestly would sray here again, it represents good value for money. In fact I'm very much looking forward to going back to Ubeda! Amazing part of the world.

Beautiful, restored hotel. Loved the location in the center of Ubeda. Near good restaurants. Good bed. Quick in-and-out valet parking. We only had one issue ....cold to lukewarm water in the shower. The hotel offered to move us to another room. We declined the offer, but they were very accommodating.

Outstanding hotel. I can’t understand why they do not have a “Fabulous” rating. Staff is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Worth every star.

We had a wonderful stay - which was only supposed to last one night. But the city and hotel were so impressive we decided to stay two more nights.

Hotel Palacio de Ubeda was a wonderful stay. Perfectly located to all around the area - walkable city. Staff were extremely friendly and assisted us when required. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel and staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and immaculate. The bed was so comfortable so had a great night’s sleep.

The hotel is located in the centre of the beautiful historic town - within a very short walking distance of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely - well appointed, spotlessly clean large bedrooms and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and it was great to have waiter service not the usual buffet style experience. A minor improvement would be in room tea and coffee making facilities which are generally the norm for this standard of hotel. But overall it was a great place to stay - highly recommended and Ubeda is a real delight.

The stay was ok. I would not give the hotel 5 stars. Strong 4. Customer service is not very good. Was expecting much better .
