The room was very clean and well organized. It was the most comfortable place I stayed in Phuket. The staff was very friendly. Thanks to the hotel shuttle bus, I was able to travel to Bangtao comfortably. It is near the mountain, so the night view is beautiful.

Only Wi-Fi is not stable but the rest are good.

Good place to stay. I like the room design that separate the service area-kitchen, renting space with bedroom. Stayed here many times as I love it. Only one point, is about the reception. They are all men which sometimes, their behaviour make me feeling uncomfortable …. But they are polite, BYW.

A cleanliness is a huge problem and I don't understand about a 3 day bed sheet change policy. How come can't a hotel change a bed sheet everyday when I pay for a hotel room everyday? There are ants on my bed and they bite me 😢. Perhaps, this is a reason that I would like the hotel staff to change a bed sheet.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The accommodation may be in the little alley opposite the Lotus. Very new room. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. The room divides the zone clearly. There is a good kitchen equipment pan.
