Very clean ,great helpful staff , well priced food

Beautiful place, warm host.

Not my first stay at this Inn, and won't be my last. Good location and extremely good value for money.

Hotel looking tired and dated but staff and food made up for this. Atmosphere in eating area great and bar well stocked and not expensive.

Basic accommodation, as expected for the relatively cheap price. Helpful staff. My only gripe was the wi-fi which kept dropping on both my devices.

staff excellent, food excellent pleasant stay just looking a bit dated in rooms. need proper pillows and duvet for ultimate sleep I will come again

Very pleasant owners. Staff also. Unique in its appearance, rooms clean and warm very old building but well looked after, excellent for a central holiday in Aberdeenshire and Angus, very central to Perth, Dundee, and Aberdeen. A nice walk to the Tay, and your also on the edge of the Cairngorms.

We left without staying. We asked them to get the room cleaned as there was body hair in the bath and the room smelt of urine but this was refused. I was told I would be getting a refund but yet I’m STILL waiting for it. I would not waste my time. Very dated and needs a whole lot of TLC put into the place and it would be lovely because the outside is nice and the village is beautiful

The rooms were large and clean with towels and toiletries provided. The staff were so lovely and polite. The food was also really nice with a good selection. I'd recommend the lasagne. Free WiFi was also available at the property. I also love the little touches like the towels were shaped into two little elephants

Cheap and cheerful staff were very nice rooms very basic but warm and in dire need of some tlc 2 star at best.

Friendly, warm welcome and comfortable warm room.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room basic but all you needed for a nights sleep. Parking was sound. Didn't get to try the bar but definitely will next time.

Great little hotel, good value and clean with a friendly owner, also a fantastic good value freshly cooked full Scottish breakfast 😍👌

Had an amazing stay, comfortable bed, hot shower, great food and amazing staff in a beautiful quiet location. Shout out to Daisy and the other 2 young workers, they do you credit. Went over and beyond to make sure i was looked after.
