Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend. There were no elevators in either building. If you have mobility issues ask for the first floor. We were on the third floor and it was a bit difficult for my husband. We managed ok. We had a great time cycling in the parks around the city.

Wonderful property! Very comfortable bed! Has everything you need for a longer stay, even though we only stayed one night. Easy to walk around. Great communication and fast replies were very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This accommodation was unbelievable! The kitchen was very well equipped. Bedding and pillows were of high quality. Quiet and safe! Communication for check-in, parking and check-out was excellent!

Very nice property. We had a small suite which was a bit cramped but it had everything we needed including coffee and a good coffee maker. Very clean. Centrally located near the harbour and excellent restaurants. The only downside was a noisy air conditioner but it was hot and needed. We would definitely stay again

We found Chipman Hall to be such a cozy and charming historic space. The bedding was very comfortable and we had a restful sleep. The entire space had everything we needed with a little kitchenette and spot to relax. Note to visitors, the lot behind the hotel is free on weekends after 6pm, as is the red rose lot nearby, as long as your vehicle is moved by noon, the following day. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

outside during the night can hear loud late night drinkers cursing and yelling every night till 2 am!

This was a nice stay. We loved having a full kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to walk to nice restaurants.

It was really good very great place to stay. Lots to see nearby just a walk away markets and shops.

You can look at the area as run down and a little seedy, or as working class and a historical district with wonderful architecture. Comfortable accommodations, with plenty of email communication to let you know how to get in and out of the suites (there is no lobby for check in). I'd stay here again.

The need to contact property in advance for parking could have been made a bit clearer.

I encountered a bit of confusion in terms of finding the entrance in relation to parking, but one quick phone call settled everything. The front desk worker was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything a person would need. One suggestion: have a sheet in the closet for people that can’t sleep with a duvet or comforter in warm weather.

Everything was very good but need more detailed instructions for entry code. The code only works if you enter it slowly as a person working on next building was able to help me get in
