The beginning was a bit rough, with the room not having an outdoor window and my claustrophobia kicking in. They accommodated me into a better room the next day after checking in, and it was great. They cleaned my room when I requested and even when I didn't. They accommodated all of my needs, and it was the only place I was able to sleep in peace. The area was great for me, with very close proximity to the US embassy. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip. Thank you!

They didnt have the reservation when arrived to the hotel, they claimed the taxes were not covered, ended up giving a small room next to front desk because they had no rooms

The motel itself is clean The staff noticed I was having trouble climbing the stairs so moved me to the main floor . The problem was the room had no windows or fans to have air circulation. The toilet would run unless I fixed it and the drains in showers were plugged so we had to stop midway through shower to be able to finish shower.Told staff about the problems but nothing was done. I requested another room was told nothing until next day. Next day was told still nothing available.My girlfriend then told them we were going to go to another hotel then all of sudden they moved us to an upgraded room at no charge. That room was nice. But the washroom the sink plug was broken and I also leaned on sink and it almost fell on me. The shower head was broke and I could almost had to chase water to be able to shower. Overall I found the staff very good and polite. It’s the washrooms that need to be fixed

You may want to chose a different place to stay in Bogota The hotel is old and tiles fall from the roof. Yes they can break your head if they fall Hotel staff is very affectionate and you may find them digging through your personal belongings by the way the room safes are not so safe. Beware

Hard to find much better for the price. Central area, friendly staff, and clean. Being super critical the room was very small, however the price incorporated that.
