Excellent hotel. Gennaro was very helpful.

Nassarina was the best. From the time we checked in until we checked out she was always available to help us. The only problem we had was finding the hotel. It is in a hidden courtyard on a street with no traffic allowed and there is a very small sign that is not visible from the street. It was frustrating to find it.

Truly lovely hotel in the center of all the bustle of Naples. The staff were super friendly and helpful and steered us towards great pizza and in the right direction for our sight seeing. Lovely roof top terrace too. I hope to return one day!

Great boutique hotel in central location hidden away from the bustle of the streets. Excellent reception staff, especially Gennaro and Nasrine. Beautiful and charming old building with a roof terrace to enjoy the sun. Definitely recommend!!

This property is unique and beautiful. The roof top is absolutely A+. And the staff was wonderful. It may not be for everyone, but it was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Excellent boutique hotel right in the heart of Naples, and located in a historic building with tons of character. We stayed in one of the family rooms with our 2 young daughters. Great location for sightseeing and the roof terrace offers 360 degree views of Naples and beyond. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good too. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others

Every thing was good except the front door of the hotel was hard to use

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of the city. Location in a beautiful traditional building with an amazing rooftop terrace with views of the coast and Vesuvius. Room was very spacious and well equipped and the staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Absolutely charming little boutique hotel right in the heart of the historic centre. So much character. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is the place we will stay every time we come to Napoli.

Great location and fabulous staff! The room had couple of idiosyncrasies. The floor had a bump from leaking shower, and the toilet seat was loose.

Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again.

Staff were lovely & very helpful but the facilities were well below what you might expect for a 4 star hotel. Beds were rock solid - this wasn't a preference thing, it literally felt like we were sleeping on a block of wood. Breakfast choices were limited. Coffee making facilities were in the hallway. Showers were either scalding hot or freezing cold. Hugely expensive for what it was and glad it was only one night.

Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. The entrance to the hotel is gated and accessed by code after hours, adding to safety. Plenty of old world charm with modern convenience and safety.
