The hotel is under construction and kind of hard to even know where the front door is. Apparently they have been adding a 2nd tower for the past year. I canceled the other hotel I had because I liked that this hotel had a pool with a view of the city only to arrive and find out the pool was not open due to some accident they are doing construction on it. My kiddo was very sad that she wasn’t able to swim and enjoy the pool. Staff was nice and property is nice but definitely an eye soar with all the construction.

I stayed at Hotel Belo Grand in Morelia, and the view was absolutely incredible — you can see the whole city from the large windows. The location is also perfect, close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the historic center. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy the view day and night. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with one of the best views in Morelia!

Still being constructed on so I don’t blame how it looks on the outside !! Overall it’s a great place to stay .

Rude people at the lobby

Restaurant was closed, the pool was not available, one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel. I also didn’t know it was shared with a hospital. Too many people get in in the elevator, mainly people for hospital treatment. Not happy a all.

The views of the city are absolutely jaw-dropping. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see for miles and the hotel occupies the top two floors of the building so I imagine all the rooms get a great view. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Everything was in good condition. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Valet parking is just across the street and only cost 50 pesos (in July 2025). There are lots of restaurants, Walmart Express, Sam's Club within a 5-10 min walk.

This hotel is within a hospital so unusual concept. Knowing this is helpful. Construction makes the entrance confusing. Great large room. Two sink bathroom. Minor complaint is no where to hang a towel near the shower.

I felt there need to be additional door for the bathroom. The windows need to be another set of curtains for privacy (duh to construction taking place next door). In the the pool area there was meeting taking place, so couldn’t enjoy it without making a lot of noise duh to respect of the meeting. But after they left the pool was more enjoyable and views were spectacular…

Great place, warm and cozy

Nice hotel but kinda strange also as this is located in a hospital/medical clinics tower The top 2 floors 14 and 15 are the hotel and check in is downstairs where the medical clinic check in is there is no fob in elevators to restrict the general public going to the hotel floors where tje rooms are so get random people walking around found this part very strange and uneasy for security as anyone can walk around try and open your room door ect. Seen few people lost looking for a doctors or a clinic during my stay Pool is dated and needs new tiles and fixing No resturant on top floor also any more BIG new tower being built and very close so can be bit noisier during working hours Very good clean rooms and nice Beds were very nice and comfortable Showers have nice strength and hot Staff was amazing , very friendly and helpful

Modern terrace

Great area and property. The rooms, rooftop, and views are amazing. The only downside is that is shares the lobby and elevators with a hospital and now due to construction after 9pm you have to exit and enter thru the emergency hospital entrance which is wierd especially if you’re coming back at 2am from a club and you have to share the elevator with someone in labor or a broken leg.

The hotel is nice as well as the rooms. However it is not fully functional yet. The window shades were not working the hotel garage was not accessible. Also there is no privacy in the shower the window the door is totally transparent

I was so impressed with the fact that most of the hotel was doctor’s offices. My friend was ill upon arrival. It was reassuring to know that in case I needed a doctor…help was at hand!

This hotel use to have a nice restaurant in the roof but it was cancelled without notificacion
