The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was very good. Dinner was good too

Excellent customer services and onsen facilities. Overall hotel facility would be perfect if the accessibility and connectivity between the Main Building and the South Building could be improved, as there is only one staircase available for connecting these two buildings which is absolutely inconvenient for elderly and wheelchaired people and baby pram.

The property is new and beautiful. However, the facilities are quite old and not in good condition.

Spacious room and a nice onsen in the hotel. It was all clean. Furniture and hotel are outdated. From the hotel it is about 6 bus stops to the start of the hiking trails. Enough restaurants and some shops around the hotel.

Very good hotel

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Apart from there’s no WiFi in the rooms (only at lobby) all are good.

It was a pleasant stay. The view from the room was nice. The room service staff were prompt in making our beds.

Good hotel but too old

The room had views to die for, simply gorgeous. Sleeping Japanese style i.e. Futons can be overcome by having three or four futons on top of each other. Unfortunately the decor was slightly dated, old and tarnished in the room and other parts of the hotel. The hot spa on the fourth floor had simply breathtaking views. Warning don't go there late to see the views since you won't because it is dark! The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We had one evening meal which was expensive but extremely well prepared, served and presented. A very nice hotel which, unfortunately, is beginning to show its age.

칸코호텔 1박했고 온천과 가성비때문에 예약했기 때문에 일단 그런측면에서는 상당히 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 가세이키 정식은 정말 그냥 체험하는 느낌이 강하고, 저는 예전에 비슷하게 경험을 해서 이번에는 부모님께 일본정식요리는 이렇게 나온다라는 느낌을 주기 위해서 노미호다이와 같이해서 경험을 했는데 결과는 부모님은 한번도 경험하지 않은것에서 대만족을 하셨습니다. 사실 치우는 속도라던지 나오는 속도는 전혀 고급스런 경험은 아닙니다. 대욕장들이 너무 멀어서 엄청 걸어다녀야하는건 있지만 그래도 3가지 다른곳을 경험할수있는건 좋은거 같습니다. 방이 제대로 청소된다는 생각이 들지 않고 주전자안에 전에 쓰던 사람의 물이 그대로 있다던지, 방석을 그냥 구석에 처박은 상태로 새로운 손님을 받는다전지 하우스키핑에 문제가 있는건 확실해보입니다. 그리고 작은수건을 1인당 1개씩 배정하는건 무리가 있어보입니다. 기본적으로 한번 욕탕을 가면 작은수건은 젖은채로 다시 방에 가져와서 그걸 손님이 직접 건조하고 다시 다음날 가져가는게 맞나요? 작은수건은 일단 인당 2-3개는 비치를 해야 방에서도 세면할때 쓰고 욕탕갈때도 넉넉하게 가져갑니다. 너무 cost saving에 혈안이 되어있는거 같습니다. 조식은 괜찮았지만 그렇다고 엄청 대단한 음식이 있는건 아닙니다. 커피기계가 일단 고장이라서 드립커피만 마셔야했지만 그래도 맛은 괜찮았습니다. 딱 1박정도가 적당해 보입니다. 저는 카드할인받아서 20만원이었지만 25만원이상은 삼가하는게 좋겠습니다.

浴場も二箇所ありどちらも豪華！夕ごはんも朝ご飯も大満足です！ベトナムの方やネパールの方も頑張ってました！

料理も美味しく接客も親切で大満足でした。

桜島が観えるお部屋でしたが、 残念ながら当日は曇っていたため観えず お部屋もリニューアルされてましたが 老朽感が残っていました 食事は朝夕ともとても美味しかったです

お料理も美味しく、お風呂も最高に気持ちよかったです。もう数日ゆっくりできたらいいのですね。

古さはありますが、非常に良かったです。 部屋の風呂も最高でした！

とにかく、食事が、美味しい。 暖かいものは暖かく、冷たいものは、冷たく、一皿一皿、工夫されてます。 朝食も同じです。
