Arriving at the room, losing the room all night had to sleep on the street, including 5 young children with 3-year-old grandchildren

I have the opportunity to travel and stay here. What I like most is the view of the hotel facing the sea. Space and facilities are also quite good. But there are 2 most unsatisfying things: Booking and payment via app but the hotel is not updated so it has delivered 1 other room and payment is slightly encumbered; In addition, despite being alone, the hotel entrusted the room with 2 large beds, "Little Ti's promotion" in the room, so the night was a little scary. Only 2 things are not satisfied, the rest are very good. I will return to the experience here if I have the opportunity.
