Super friendly staff, great breakfast. Lovely lobby and rooftop bar. Rooms were nice but a bit tired in places. We did enjoy the connecting door for the kids room but make sure you specify single beds and not double if you’re travelling with children. Great location. Staff super helpful

The staff were very helpful. The bar service was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The room was nicely designed, but it lacked airflow, which left the bathroom with a stale and musty smell. The smell and lack of air flow brought out several gnats in the bathroom. The television consistently went out and was not suitable for the hotel. While the exterior patio was noise-insulated, the room door was not, and we could hear door slams and people talking throughout the halls all day and night. Overall, the staff were helpful and the downstairs bar was exceptional but the room felt inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. It is in a great area, but it left a lot to be desired and did not feel worth the cost.

Amazing location, room, very approachable and helpful staff. The recommendations from Concierge regarding restaurants was worth following. The room was clean, modern, well played out with double toilets and double sinks. The only downside was that the water leaks out to the floor while showering. The location is perfect for actual or window shopping. The terrace has good vibes too. Would love to come back one day.

This hotel was amazing. Their general deluxe suite was huge. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We felt safe each day. The shopping and restaurants around the hotel were prefect. I would certainly stay there again. Turndown service was also great.

We loved the Monument Hotel in Barcelona. The staff was especially courteous and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with a small step-out terrace that allowed us to occasionally “people watch” on the street below and get a feel of the neighborhood vibe. The location was excellent adjacent to the high end shops and one of the Gaudi buildings. Taxi service was quick and easy through the hotel. Highly recommended!

First time in Barcelona and this was a great pick for a hotel, location was perfect we walked everywhere despite the heat. The room was a great size, bed was comfy, the breakfast was amazing. Air con worked well. What set it above a lot of hotels was the staff, they all need raises they truly were exemplarary from front door/ concierge/ reception /housekeeping / breakfast wait staff. All went over an above. Thank you for an amazing stay in Barcelona. Highly recommend this hotel
