What an amazing hotel! When I pulled into the parking lot the hotel looked a bit like a shopping mall but once we got to the rooms we were shocked at nice they were. The service was incredible. They even brought a bed for our dog as the hotel is pet friendly. The spa and massage was wonderful and the masseuse knows what he's doing! I have stated many hotels in my life and five star hotels and some of the top franchise names and I have to say that this hotel is definitely in the top three experiences I've ever had. I can't describe how happy we were with this stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as not only the rooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathrooms are clean and modern as well as the service of all the facilities are top notch! We will definitely be going back here.

Everything in tip top shape...new carpet, room looked new. Restaurant was great. Breakfast a bit late and not very warm...COVID restrictions meant breakfast in room only. Was called after booking and asked about my family name...staff worried over foreigners and COVID. They better get over that!

It was amazing! The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The staff is tremendous. Desk clerks go way above and beyond to help you out. Super friendly. The restaurant has a great setting and excellent staff as well. Suck a great price for the value of stay!

The hotel was very nice, and it was better once you are inside, the outside can be very deceiving. I highly recommend the deluxe suite, because you get the in-room jacuzzi. Room was very comfortable, but doesn't have coffee/tea making facility. The TV is also placed directly in the living room area so you cannot watch TV in bed. Otherwise, its very spacious and very affordable. Staff are exceptional (especially Nikol on reception who is not only very helpful but also very beautiful !). I had a TV problem which was fixed the next day but I was offered same evening repair or an upgrade, which I declined as I was not too concerned but appreciated the hospitality and service. Location was very good too and the food from the restaurant was very nice and breakfast selection was also fine.

I was too tired to try the Jacuzzi tub in the room, but the shower was great! the reservation included a free 1 hour bowling in the hotel's bowling alley and free entrance to the hotel's spa...this is a great place with a nice modern room and plenty of space.

I found this hotel to be very clean and modern, rooms are great and bathrooms all modern. Parking was busy throughout my stay and sometimes difficult to find a space. Breakfast is good. All round great hotel for business or leisure. The bar downstairs is a bit on the small side but still worth a visit. All staff are helpful and have good english.

Overall the hotel and staff were exceptional, the room was not vacuumed everyday but bedding and towels were changed everyday. Breakfast was very expensive.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Magnus in Trencin and visited several castles in the area. We really enjoyed it! Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We liked the lighting alot. Neon blue subdued lights around the beautiful, deep bathtub. Very romantic! They provided comfy bathrobes, too. There is a Jacuzzi and spa treatments available plus a 3 lane bowling alley which we tried out. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay there again if in the area. The hotel complex also has a cafe/bar, restaurant, tanning salon and sporting goods store.

Clean rooms nice staff. Also had underground parking which was nice.
