Our apartment was so clean and well taken care of….it sparkled! Everything that one could possibly need for a stay was in the apartment. Our host was so very helpful and available. We truly enjoyed our 5 night stay.

I have to say, this place was beautiful! The apartment was huge for just one person, but it felt very comfortable and welcoming. The lighting inside was gorgeous, and it really made the space feel cozy. The windows didn’t have the view I was expecting — but that’s Porto, you don’t really come here for sweeping views. There was an old, abandoned building right outside my window that gave me a bit of an eerie feeling at first, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take away from the experience. The location itself was perfect — close to everything I needed. The apartment was fully stocked with all the essentials: a full kitchen, coffee, clean towels, and linens. Speaking of towels and linens, they smelled amazing! Whatever detergent or soap they use, I wish I knew because the scent was just incredible. A special thank you to Tiago. He was fantastic with communication from the start, very helpful and attentive. He even provided me with a detailed map of his recommended restaurants and places to visit, which made exploring so much easier. I drove into Porto and had to park a little further away. Carrying heavy luggage and extra bags over cobblestone streets was definitely a challenge, but once I arrived, Tiago was kind enough to help me with everything. It would be even better if there were more convenient parking options, but I understand the area is limited. The parking garage he suggested did feel very safe, so I

Perfect location right by the metro, close to grocery and very central to visit Porto walking. The apartment was amazing, very quiet and has everything needed. But the best part is Tiago and the amazing service and communications. He really takes good care of his customers. Highly recommend.

Tiego was amazing from the beginning till the end. We were in Porto for a friends reunion and Tiego made it perfect for us. He suggested so many good restaurants, he did book all for us. And he was incredibly fast in his responses. He has a lovely smile and such a positive energy. The place was great for us 5 friends. It was super clean, had all we needed in the kitchen. Had even extra umbrellas, toothpaste and toothbrushes for all of us. It felt like home. We also loved the location of the hotel which was very central. Since it was raining a lot during our stay, Dyson hairdryer was a miracle!

Beautiful hotel and very central for everything you may want to do in Porto. Host was very informative about local spots. The room was lovely and a wonderful garden terrace to have a drink or relax.

Tiago really pays attention to detail and the apartment has everything you will possibly need. You will want for nothing here. Grocery store and Trinidade station just a few minutes walk and easy to walk to the main spots of Porto. The terrace is fantastic and we grilled some steaks and enjoyed the evenings in a beautiful place. Laundry onsite is great and I can think of no negative things to say. Thank you Tiago!

Lovely apartment for our stay in Porto, super close to Trindade metro and very convenient as a base to explore the city. Loved the kitchen facilities and supermarket around the corner. Comfy, roomy and would have happily stayed longer. Manager was very helpful throughout.

Cant say enough about this place. It is conveniently located near the heart Porto just a few blocks away. Thiago (the manager) was absolutely amazing not only accommodating our crazy hours and requests but providing excellent recommendations for places to see and visit. He even has a quick power point presentation that he gives to help you determine where you want to go. Hotel doesn't have designated parking but there is street parking and there is a parking garage across the street which is convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Porto.

We spent 3 nights in a mezzanine apartment - the perfect base for a visit. With 2 kids we wanted some separation in sleeping arrangements and also cooking facilities. The apartment is perfectly set up and cleverly designed. Also clean, calm, quiet and spacious! We got loads of great local advice (including where to get good take out Portuguese food when the kids were asleep!). Easy walking to all the sights and next to a supermarket and metro (to zoom across the bridge to the port houses). We will be back. Ps it looks much nicer in real life than this photo suggests!!! And the sofa is mega comfy.

It's beautiful boutique hotel with a small garden. My apartment is very comfortable and the host is friendly. However wifi should be upgraded.

Had an amazing time in Porto, made so much better by our accommodation - really well laid out spacious apartment (the pictures don't do it justice) and gorgeous common areas and great facilities. The location was perfect for us - on a quiet street but only a very short walk from the centre and all of the sights. Our host Tiago could not have been more helpful, he gave us excellent recommendations for sightseeing, food and drink, and he really made it possible to make the most of our short stay in Porto. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

The flats were very comfortable and good size. The bed was great. Very quiet at night. Tiago gave us some valuable information upon arrival. The television didn't work properly, and it was replaced immediately. We were able to leave our luggage in his office on checkout day as we had a late flight. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the metro station that connects you to the main train stations and airport. Historical area is a walkable distance away. Only complaint, we were there 5 nights and the room was not made up during that time.

Good value, very helpful manager, quiet, convenient location 1-2KM from the main tourist areas. The actual room was much nicer than the moldy-smelling entryway you see on first arrival. I would definitely choose this place for a longer stay, for the adequate in-room kitchen facilities and free laundry machines. We are straight, but the place is LGBT- friendly in a conservative country.

The condition of the facility, its cleanliness, and the ease of communication were all absolutely perfect. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Tiago Estrella Dias, whose support was always quick and attentive. The map he provided with his recommended spots was extremely helpful. There are several cleaning staff members at this property, and every one of them did an unbelievably perfect job. You rarely see staff of this caliber even at five‑star hotels. The apartment is very close to a major metro station and bus stops, and there is a large supermarket just around the corner. It’s in a very convenient location. The apartment is new and the perfect size for two people. It also has all the necessary cutlery. We would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Port. Thank you very much.

Tout était parfait! Tout peut se faire à pied et l’épicerie est à proximité. Très propre. Belle terrasse. N’hésitez pas à réserver!

３泊しました。部屋が広いのでくつろげました。ただ２つほど難点があって、一つは場所を見つけつらいこと。玄関にホテル名を記載してほしいです。今は住所から場所を特定する必要があります。もう一つは洗濯機。いつ行っても洗濯物で埋まっていました。洗濯物を置けるかごなどがあればあれば、そこに洗濯物をどけて洗濯ができたかと思います。
