It was a great place to stay and relax! You can walk to restaurants at night but not much in the morning. Rooms are very big and it’s very clean. Also there are shuttle bus if you want to go skiing at different places. Suzuki works at front desk and speaks very good English. Very kind lady and helped us so much on this trip. She helped a lot with helping me navigate shuttle bus and restaurants. I recommend this place.

This hotel is very child-friendly, and the staff communicate extremely well and are truly attentive. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, allowing us to sleep well. The view was stunning and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the hotel felt very welcoming to international travelers. The onsen was beautifully designed and very relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

We loved staying here. My partner is in a wheelchair, and while the rooms aren't completely accessible, we still loved it. The staff were great, the facility was nice The rooms were big. The private Onsen (we have tattoos) was nice, wheelchair friendly, and peaceful. It's a we bit away from things, but we have a car, so that made it easy. I'd stay here again.

Great value high quality hotel. Very good substitute for the hotels in Hakuba. Way cheaper but only cost 15mins extra drive distance to ski resorts.

Wonderful experience for the price, small and lovely hotel in a great shape. Polite service and comfortable and big rooms (we went with classic Japanese room). Plenty of parking, a mountain river next to the property. The only downside we had is the fact it might be a little bit hard to get in touch with the hotel in case you want to notify them of a late check in (as per their own reservation rules).
