Friendly staff Location very close to main plaza

In city center and welcoming.

My wife and I stayed here on our journey to Machu Pichu. The whole experience was just excellent. The place was beautiful, safe, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always ready and willing to help us in anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very limited, did offer cook to order eggs but not much else. Entire hotel is open air except for rooms so was extremely cold at night. Only heat was a small oil heater in room. It barely warmed the room. At least bed was comfortable and had plenty of cover. Had warm water (couldn’t call it hot). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel listing did not correctly describe the place. Was definitely not what I was expecting. I would not describe it as 3star! More like a 1 if that much.

The staff is really nice and amazing, they make your stay feel like you’re at home. The property is very old with poor maintenance but it’s very well located, steps from the main square and you can walk everywhere. It’s good for a quick stay.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel,the people who work in Yabar hotel are so attentive and very friendly.

Great place to stay if you want to be downtown and near all the tourist areas. No elevator but great service!

We loved staying at the Yabar Hotel. One thing to remember is that it doesn’t have an elevator so you need to get your luggage upstairs if you are on the second floor. The staff was super attentive and helpful. My dad forgot his gold wedding gift and they found it and kept it for us. People are very honest and friendly.

An average hotel with limited breakfast selections. The night front desk lady was much nicer than the one during the day. Great location to the main square.

A fantastic hotel right next to the Plaza de Arms. The staff are amazing and went out of their way to make our trip truly memorable. Great breakfast to start the day. I’d have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

The overall hotel is basic but (Alberto, I think is his name) working the front desk made the stay amazing. He went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again mainly because Alberto provided great customer service.
