As I'm watching tv in bed , a BEDBUG climbed on my pillow, and headed for my face. TERRIFIED, I screamed!!!!, and ran to the front desk. Unbeknownst to me, bedbugs had already bitten me all over my body. I've had to go to the doctor, who told me it's a SEVERE BEDBUG case that will last for several weeks. I have HUGE BEDBUG WELTS/ BITES all over my body. THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN A TERRIFYING AND HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! I travel extensively in Mexico and have NEVER BEFORE RUN INTO BED BUGS. This hotel is the WORST of the WORST !!!!!
