Our room was a good size, bright and airy (not always possible in Palma) and perfectly clean. The hotel team were fab. However a major disappointment was the breakfast; we’ve had much better in other hotels in Palma. The buffet selection was poor, unappealing and often ran out. We were surprised given that the hotel is linked to Ritzi restaurant.The hot food not particularly enjoyable sadly. And on one day only one waitress on breakfast shift to attend to many guests; she was run off her feet and clearly couldn’t cope. We really felt for her. Sadly we won’t be returning but only because of the breakfast.

Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spotless. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom and shower. Can't beat the location as you are a couple minutes walk to the harbor, the Cathedral, dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, Old Town, etc. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palma

Hotel is in a very convenient position in the heart of the old town. Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was very good.

Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Very pleasant room and the hotel is situated in a delightful area of the city, near the marina, cathedral and many good shops and restaurants. I think from the research we did it is good value - given that Palma seems to be quite an expensive place hotel wise. It’s a boutique sort of hotel. There is a good restaurant and a roof terrace which we didn’t have time to visit, but no real public areas to say, sit and read the paper during the day. All in all though, we had a really good stay. Great staff. Lovely square just nearby with good restaurants too.

I like everything about this property but the water. It took forever to get hot water and when it came it was inconsistent. One second hot the next cold. It makes for a horrible shower.

the room is pretty but the water is a problem. There is very little pressure in the sink and the temperature in the shower and sink isn't consistent. A pet peeve of mine is the quilts. They are beautiful, all hotels have them. You need to be staying at the North Pole with the windows open to sleep under them. Why can't the hotels make the beds with a light blanket. I'm sure it cost them a fortune to have the air conditioning low enough for customers to sleep under the quilt.

Amazing! Location 20/20, service and friendliness 10/10. Whole of Mallorca expensive but Room 20 with Jacuzzi and enormous terrace so worth every penny! Air con good

Best location in Palma. Next to all key restaurants and cathedral. A Must stay. Staff amazing.

Junior suite corner with balcony was fantastic. Perfect location in historic center. Big room, felt new and clean. Would def stay again. Shower is attractive glass less design annoying because bathroom floor does get wet.

The service was excellent and the hotel is close to restaurants, shopping and the main attractions in Palma.

The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. The location was very convenient to my work at the shipyard. The restaurant was very good, plus there are numerous choices within the immediate neighborhood. This hotel is now my choice for future area visits!
