Very good place

Andrea was in charge at the register, she couldn’t comprehend how to do anything she couldn’t find my reservation and was extremely rude telling me that she’s the owner of the hotel and she can do whatever she wants and talk to anybody however she wants. They gave me a better room this time still no AC but at least I had warm water to take a shower no hole above the grade this time so nobody can look down upon me while showering. My only concern is how guest are treated with staff who is disrespectful.

It was a nice hotel for a cheap price, it was a bit noisy with other people playing loud music into the evening, but the creepy thing I found is that they can’t watch you shower from a grade in the ceiling of the bathroom

Attitudes when requesting service was very bad. Got over charged for breakfast. The room was very cold 24 hours a day.

Clean and safe place to stay

When they have an party, they did'n let you now early. The another people's talking hard and you can't sleep well. That is crazy. I don't come there again.

With Hotel points the stay came out to only three dollars. I was traveling with the dog and then the fine print through it is a $45,000 peso fee which is about US$10. The service is very good and even though it would be nice if the restaurant was open more and it had more of a vibe the service was very good and for the price I would stay there again for short days of one to three days. 15 minutes to the airport, which is also convenient

The place around the hotel is very dirty and some homeless sleep just side the hotel

Good place a few places for food. The hotel has many things to drink and snacks. It has restaurant in the morning. Just has windows to lobby area and can hear lots of noice.
