Great staff very kind

Cute room. Everything was great. I would just suggest to fix the noise of the bathroom door. When we open and close. Thanks for being pet friendly. Loved happy hour and dinner.

I love the firm bed, buffet food is delicious especially the basket of fruits, walking distance to the grocery. Close to the train station and old town as long as you don't mind walking. Snacks and coffee machine open for 24hours is great!

At first, it took me a moment to get used to the reception and dining area being on the 9th floor. Reception were great, provided a quick tour of the facilities and explained what was available during my stay. The view from the 9th floor restaurant was awesome. Hot shower, easy to use. Loved the short but comfy stay.

Boutique design hotel in a lovely district. The club facility was a novel, delightful benefit for guests. Perfect for our few nights stay. One minor thing I missed was a fridge in the bedroom.

Very good choice in a city we really enjoyed. Very good bedrooms, excellent top floor lounge/ eating area and breakfast choice. Only down points were the sometimes frustrating lifts, slightly steep prices for overnight parking and a disappointing lack of response to pre arrival communication (in person at the hotel was good). But would generally recommend strongly.

Had an excellent stay, reception staff very helpful speaking english. Fantastic Le Club offering free drinks and snacks and even got a little birthday gift left in the room for me. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent futuristic room,. Very comfortable and well appointed. Super shower. Only downside is that there are not enough lifts and you waste a lot of time waiting for them.

It was in a great location, about 3 miles walking from the beach and a mile from the city center, but there was a bike path that ran in both directions, making all things easily accessible. There was a rooftop common area with snacks and drinks all day included in the price of the stay, as well as many other amenities that made this hotel worthwhile.

Reception staff efficient but not particularly friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Just a one night stay over while driving from spain but the hotel was really comfortable great reception staff and a nice little touch with free drinks and snacks 24 h with lovely views over the town

This hotel is very nice especially staff here are very kind and helpful. They also allow guest use club lounge so get a nice coffee and tea also have some snacks to get, it was amazing! Totally recommend and if I have chance to visit this city definitely go this hotel again!

My stay at OKKO Hotel was average. The room had a modern design, but it wasn’t really clean—there were hair and stains on the bathroom door. The staff, however, were good and polite.

The hotel is rather quirky on first impression, however it was really nice place to stay. Everything seemed to immaculately clean and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The establishment appeared to be a bit out from the centre but in reality wasn’t. The cathedral could be reached in less than a 15 minute walk and the T1 bus to Biarritz stopped outside. This ran to Biarritz every 15 minutes and the fare was only €1.5. The breakfast were excellent and good quality. There is a small range of food in the evening but ‘small plates’ are available in the club. More substantial meals would necessitate a walk to the centre, although there is a food hall nearby that offers a wide range of food styles. We found this perfectly adequate and had a very good atmosphere. In conclusion we were very impressed with the OKKO offering that were previously unaware of and will definitely consider these hotels in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay in Bayonne. The OKKO was an excellent choice and I’ll definitely be returning! I particularly liked the quirky/futuristic bathroom which was well equipped and had an excellent shower! I felt very comfortable during my visit. The overall standard of the hotel and facilities was 5 Stars! The added bonus was the location of the hotel which was close to the city centre and conveniently located for the excellent public transport links!

Amazing location in Bayonne. Very walkable to the Old Town, Cathedral, market, etc. we parked off site a block away and overnight parking was only 4 euros. Best part of the hotel is their club lounge on the 8th floor. Accessible to all guests, it has spectacular views of the city, river and. Cathedral spires. Very large space stocked with drinks and snacks. We worked remote from here during our stay and it was very comfortable and well equipped for remote working. We will definitely be back if in Bayonne again

Staff, location and restaurant were all excellent

Great hotel in a lovely location, with great transport links nearby. The room was modern and clean. Would highly recommend for a trip to Bayonne.
