Rooms are dirty, hotel staff look confused. They all have different policies regarding late check out or early check in. NOT WORTH IT!

Dirty non functional rooms. Broken AC, roaches and food on floors.

Clean room—weird smell, though. Plenty of room for me and my finance to spread out. Friendly staff!

Amenities are good. He had a lovely staff.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great food and service. Only sauna was not working you needed to call someone who opened the “vapor” and wait 30 min to start . But everything else was amazing. I will come back for sure!

Pros: Cuteous staff, clean room, good buffet Cons: Rooms need updates and need to be better maintained. Toilet tank was broken, sink was clogged, tv volume did not work, scratches on wall, no paper or pen to write with in room. Hallway looked dark, creepy on floor 2. Hallway carpet was dirty. Loud ac on room and not cooling. Bath towels were VERY rough and some were thin and unraveling. One even had a hole! I would not return. This is a 3 star hotel at most.

Everything else was fine, but the swimming pool being under maintenance was very disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the MS Milenium Monterrey, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning decor—especially the beautiful Christmas decorations that created a warm and festive atmosphere. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was nothing short of amazing! There was a delightful variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start my day. After a long day of business meetings, I truly appreciated the great lounge area where I could wind down and relax. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a drink and reflect on the day. Overall, my experience at MS Milenium Monterrey was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful amenities made my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return!

Seems rennovated, but not really - elevators are old and slow, some aspects of the rooms look a bit old
