The rooms were good size and well maintained. The breakfast was also good with sufficient variety. The staff were also great and very accommodating.

Lovely hotel room with elegant colour scheme and historic character. Real attention to detail in rooms and across the hotel. Felt instantly very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied, thoughtful mix of options and delicious. Friendly staff. Staff surprised us with a small unique gift since one of us had their birthday. It helped to make the day special.

Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. The tram stop is very close and the metro is a short walk. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. Street was also very quiet at night, great for a good night’s sleep.

Best breakfast! Location is very good. Only positive things to say and I would totally recommend it!

Comfortable and clean room with nice modern bathroom. Staff was friendly. Location is great. Walking distance to major sights. Easy transportation options nearby. Breakfast choices were plentiful but were, in our opinion, of low quality. That would be the only negative comment about this hotel.

Very classy place close to everything

The hotel was very clean, well staffed, had a wonderful breakfast and also a very nice on-site restaurant. Most sights were within walking distance and the tram was just outside the door. Excellent accommodation!

Exceptional 4 star hotel in a good location on midway from main train station to the core city centre. Elegant property, nice breakfast and friendly, responsive, helpful staff.

It was a beautiful historical hotel with charming architecture. The whole place was very clean and all the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent as we dined in a beautiful room . The train stop was a short walk . Plenty of places to dine close by .

Great breakfast buffet! They even left a small souvenir for our lil one, which was sweet.the staff is also very kind and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Everything felt as if some thought had gone into it. Comfy bed. Shower was the best ever. Staff were lovely.
