Very nice location and rooms

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Everything was great except for the remodelation work, it was really a pain going up and own in to the elevator and the noise!!!

It was a safe area to walk around in. Lots of restaurant and coffee choices! Beautiful plants in some spots.

This property is overpriced for the facility conditions. The elevator is a nightmare and the lighting in the bathroom it’s totally insufficient.

Nice hotel. It is an upscale area with great dining options. Distrito Uno shopping center is still under development, so you´d have to go to Fashion Mall for shopping.

We had a great time at Chihuahua. Manuel, at front desk, was supper helpful. People like him makes the difference. We will be back just for him.

The room was sticky all over the place. There was gooey, sticky stuff on the night stand and the desk. There was hair on the beds and in the restroom. The restroom had a bad smell of sewage and mildew. Parking: the hotel has maybe 20 parking spaces. With the nightlife all around, we had to park in public parking garage over 2 blocks away after fighting the horrendous traffic for 15 min looking for a place to park. The street at the front door is closed and one way. So you must drive the wrong way to access the front door. All in all, a bad experience from arrival to the room itself which was not cleaned properly.

Great place and close to everything. Enjoyed it immensely. Saw the reviews about service, Check in and rooms. Based on them we almost didnt stay. But we chose to come here anyway. AND so glad we did. Great hotel, feint desk was extremely friendly and checked us in, made restaurant recommendations. Then in the morning went to breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and great service and food also. Same here the waitress made recommendations off the menu amd truly enjoyed it. Will definitely return later this week for our return flight back. The only recommendation i would have is please have more firmer pillows(my preference) but othe then that awesome experience.
