The things I didn’t like that my showerhead wouldn’t work. They went to go fix it, but it was still throwing water everywhere when you would order food it takes a while for them to bring it to the bar or even upstairs sometimes they would forget some of r order, the thing that was the worst was the spa. The people at the spa were horrible. Not worth paying for it. I will recommend to go somewhere else for a spa, but not there. It took forever to make an appointment even to contact somebody it took forever. It wasn’t a good experience

The best hotel stay experience I have ever had in Mexico. The Hotel is beautiful, the staff extremely helpful and attentive the rooms very clean and comfortable and Alejandro hotel manager was very involved and attentive with every guest in his hotel. i would give this hotel a more than 5 stars if there was an option.

I didn’t use any amenities this time. Room was very clean. Love the shower. Some courtesy bottles of water would be nice. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant Service it’s a hit or miss.

I have stayed in 3 Hotsson properties in the area. This one, Leon Centro, and Irapuato. I travel down here for work often. This was my worst experience thus far. The night i arrived, just before midnight i was woken by a fire alarm. It took 20 minutes for it to be shut off. Then, on both Tuesday and Wednesday, i left the sign on my door indicating i did not want room service. This was disregarded and they came in to clean anyways. This last part is completely unacceptable and the reason i will not be staying at this property again. Room 404
