Clean, well located hotel with very kind staff!

Lovely hotel in the heart of the charming historic town. Design details everywhere, and a beautiful courtyard with terraces to relax. Easy walking distance to everything! And a wonderful staff who ensured that we had everything we needed. They even arranged a private drive to take us to San Miguel de Allende. Lovely place!

this hotel is in a great location but the floor was not clean in our room, the linens were not that great and we had bugs around our sink area. its in a great part of town and the staff is nice but its a 2.5 hotel at best.

Great location, clean room & good staff

Super quiet and convenient. Lovely upgrade for us on arrival that was a nice surprise. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bedding. We will be back.

The staff couldn’t fix the issue of no hot water in the shower or the hot tub, very disappointing and thy could not offer us another room.
