Beautiful property in a very safe neighborhood so close to the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful. It was lovely to have a little pool on the property to cool off in the afternoon and the jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing after a long day walking around town. Oh and a beautiful library to peruse as well.

Amazing hotel to stay at if you plan on visiting Querétaro! Centrally located and walking distance to Centro Histórico and many other touristic attractions. The hotel is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the charming historic town. Design details everywhere, and a beautiful courtyard with terraces to relax. Easy walking distance to everything! And a wonderful staff who ensured that we had everything we needed. They even arranged a private drive to take us to San Miguel de Allende. Lovely place!

this hotel is in a great location but the floor was not clean in our room, the linens were not that great and we had bugs around our sink area. its in a great part of town and the staff is nice but its a 2.5 hotel at best.
