Money worth, many hot springs, u would not feel crowded even many guys using together.

The rooms were good and the service was fine, it just seemed like the staff wasn't well equipped to serve english speaking guests.

Japanese kitschy. Rooms were nice though and fun for kids. Wasn't clear that the kid activities (pool, kids land) incurred costs even for hotel guests.

This is a very authentic Japanese hotel and appeared to be mostly Japanese tourists. The dinner buffet had very loud live performance and the audience was definitely into it. There's an onsen at this hotel and a pool. The pool closes early and opens late so heads up. We didn't really pay attention to where the hotel was. It's about a 45 minute train from the Nara Park, we may have booked a closer place if we'd known, but for the experience of staying at this hotel it was pretty much worth it.

Stopped by chance as this was the closest hotel when I was driving by. Great surprise and amazing Onsen.

An average resort with rather dated facilities

The hotel in general is good, staff very supportive. However, it took them two days to fix the AC problem, which means all customers have heated air instead of cooled air... Couldn't sleep in a sauna-like room. They did however provided a Dyson fan for the second night which helps a bit. It is a shame about the AC issue, otherwise it would be a good stay. Also it is good to note that the entrance for the hotel is for group customer only, other customer shall enter the hotel via the kenko land entrance.

It's out int the middle of the outskirts of farm country, and it at least 45mins away from the center of Mara. With long travel to the hotel and checkin at 3, its really inconvenient. It is more of a destination itself for locals than tourists, and its system is one of a corporation than customer ease.

We booked our stay mainly because of the Indoor Swimming pool area for kids. however upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that it'll only be opened in March. Pleasant stay overall

The reviews don't match the experience of this place. It seemed like a cross between a casino and spa for the elderly. The room was comfortable enough...but the hotel was much further out of the way than expected. If the stay wasn't so comical I would've booked something else.

色々な温泉にゆっくり浸かれました。

朝早くお風呂に行きましたが、空いてて良かった。 又、朝食もバイキング形式でとても美味しく良かった。

夕食バイキングが残念だったけど、期待していなかった翌日の朝食バイキングの方が何故か充実していて良かった。

孫と行きました。建物内にホテル、室内プール、ハシャキッズなどあり外に出て移動することなく楽しめることができました。お風呂も広くて種類があり中でもヒノキのお風呂がとても良かったです。お部屋の空調が効きすぎて下げたいと申し出たら窓を開けてくださいと言われ、調整が出来ました。夜に子供達がお菓子やアイスなどが食べたいと言っていたのでそういったものも置いていただけると助かります。
