The TV box breaks every 10 minutes, the water turns off for half an hour. There are no trash cans in the rooms.

Nice villa, clean rooms, AC cold TV all channel. open the room directly pool. welcome drink. unfortunately the hot water can't, it's complained but the reason is broken.

Very unsatisfying villa. When bathing, the water suddenly waits for a long time until the water is alive until it is cold and shivering. There is no one on duty when looking for it! 1 star for you⭐️

After a +/- 2 hours drive from the airport, we arrived at Akasa Villa Tulamben. The place is so cozy and private.. Yet, we had a great time there. The breakfast menu (nasi goreng) is delicious too.. It would be more comfy if they provide a side night lamp on each room, so we don't have to turn on the bathroom light or not at all (pitch black)

The villa is like in the photo, the staff are friendly, there is a welcome drink, just can't order drinks or anything at night. Maybe their system is not the cafe. FYI at the time the parking lot was 2 cars, I don't know whether when all the guests staying overnight bring cars, which one will they park later. When asked whether to return to stay overnight, the answer is yes.

Delightful, petite and beautiful accommodations. There are only 6 rooms so it's quite private. Breakfast is provided ala carte with several menu choices. Not too far from several dive centers. Suitable for those who want to dive around Amed and Tulamben.

Want to watch a movie but have to pay, only national TV that does not pay, no toothbrush, toothpaste and water heater int for coffee or tea, the rest is okay, the villa is clean, the atmosphere is calm, suitable for honeymooners.

The calm atmosphere of the Amed area and not many rooms make this villa feel very private at an affordable price. The breakfast is worth the price of the stay offered. The staff is few, but helps us optimally when we need help. What was lacking was that the mattress was not so comfortable because it had twin beds that were made into one, but it didn't really matter because we stayed overnight.

Room exactly as in the photo. Staff is also friendly. Even though it was not possible to call early check-in, it turned out that when I arrived at 12 I asked for early check-in and was only told to wait for a while because of the room. What's lacking is the TV doesn't work, the rest is good!
