Un hotel que te sorprende con su distribución. A mi llegada el equipo de anfitriones nos atendió muy bien. La Srat. Yoani y su compañera nos dieron una recepción muy agradable y durante el servicio cuidaron todos los detalles de la cena. Las instalaciones son impecables y muy bonitas.

Es un buen hotel, la habitación tiene lo necesario, un buen internet, una buena cama, un baño amplio, un escritorio para trabajar, el desayuno esta bastante bien.

En lugar del hotel notificar con la debida anticipación que tenian inconvenientes, dejaron que el huesped llegara y fuera ubicado en otro hotel. Lo correcto es que informaran oportunamente la novedad, ofrecieran más opciones como reembolso de la tarifa pagada por anticipado en lugar de solucionar reubicando forsozamente en otrol hotel elegido por Hampton Bucaramanga.

I loved staying with my friends at the hotel, the zone was very nice and pretty.
