The hotel opened for normal room reservations, but upon arrival, they informed us that all rooms were full. They told us to contact another hotel instead. The room at that other hotel was terrible – the bathroom was extremely cramped and filthy – and it was cheaper than what we paid. It was unacceptable. If the room wasn't ready, they should have canceled the reservation for the customer.

Good value for the room and convenient location

The bathroom door is broken, not worth the price, old. If it were me, I would renovate it to look newer. Nowadays, renovations are not expensive. The air conditioner is older than my wife.

ไม่ตรงปก ภายนอกดูเก่ากว่าในรูป (ก็พอเข้าใจได้) พนักงานต้อนรับไม่อยู่ที่เค้าท์เตอร์ ได้พักชั้น 4 *ไม่มีลิฟต์ ประตูห้องไม่มีคีย์การ์ด ตอนกลางคืนไฟตรงทางเดินสว่างเข้ามาเลย (ไม่ได้ถ่ายไว้) หมอนหนุน แบนมาก ผ้าม่านไม่มีความบังแสงใดๆ ไฟในห้องมี 2 ดวง ไม่ติด 1 ดวง ห้องน้ำไฟไม่สว่าง สลัวๆ ตามรูป น้ำไม่แรง เพราะหัวฝักบัวอุดตัน

ในรูปก็สวยดีครับ แต่สภาพจริงก็เก่านิดหน่อยตามราคา ทำเลอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเดินทางสะดวกดีครับ
