It was a girl I forgot her name who was the receptionist yesterday night she was outstanding and super nice. They help me to leave my luggage and food was amazing closest to everything g. We got the best and bless experience in this place. We defenitly will recommended.

Great service, cleanliness and location!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Convienient and good service.

This hotel is newly constructed and was quite impressed by the modern room that’s comparable to a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet is available at 18€ and have a great variety of food served.

The parking spots were directly in front of the hotel. The hotel has a machine on the first floor to get coffee, but they should probably provide a tea kettle in each room. Our main issue was that you could absolutely hear everyone around you. At 2 a.m., there were people outside our room knocking on doors and kids screaming. We weren’t able to fully fall asleep until almost 2 a.m. Also, if you want to get breakfast, you must purchase it in advance, at least the day before because you won’t be able to get it if you decide that morning.

Close proximity to the church and grocery store. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

The only drawback of the hotel was there was no exercise room or gym. Great hotel in a great location and a reasonable price great for visiting Fatima

Lovely spacious room. Wish the bathroom was floored and painted as that was the bit of the room I didn’t like. Staff were okay

Nice, clean, good breakfast, and convenient location

This hotel was wonderful. We had a comfortable and relaxed stay, all the staff were so helpful and accomodating. Everything was walking distance; the basilica, shrine, an Aldi right across the hotel and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
