Great place.

Everything was great we felt like our home

Rooms were clean but unfortunately there was a cockroach on the toilet seat. We play a bit to catch it. Breakfast really good, clean, good variety. Shuttle service great! I wish there was a ATM or exchange service at the Hotel so we could tip the waiters and the drivers. We were advised about the Bank near by, we went there but it doesn’t do exchange neither accept foreign cards.

Buen hotel para ir al aeropuerto al día siguiente. Me llamó la atención la falta de sentido común de la persona en recepción que me dijo que el aeropuerto estaba a media hora o más cuando está a menos de 10 minutos. Entiendo que lo dijo por obras que se están llevando a cabo en la vía pero estábamos hablando de transporte para las 3 am no en hora de tráfico. También me pareció que el chofer de la van paró en el aérea nacional y ahí bajo a todo el mundo por lo que nos tocó una larga caminada con maletas para llegar a la zona internacional. No entendí para que pregunto por aerolíneas al montarnos pues claramente Copa no es nacional.

I really liked the convenient location. Close to airport, and close to concert venue. I would definitely stay here again, just for convenience. Staff was helpful.

Ive visited many places across the world. The pictures posted definitely don't do this place any justice! Comfortable, clean, big rooms. Cold ac. Extra comfortable beds. English speaking at front desk. Extra quiet, felt completely safe. It is a VERY close walk to GNP Seguros, but because of the horrible layout/setup of the stadium you really end up walking a few miles to get into the stadium. The stadium only has one way in, and one way out, and it's an absolute disaster setup. Especially when a concert ends and 50k+ people are all trying to get out the same way. But that's not the hotels fault. The restaurant located downstairs is open 24hrs, not associated with the hotel, but offers free room service. Due to the reviews of the restaurant, we ate at Rockin Burger across the street, which was absolutely fire! If you're traveling from the US, highly recommend a USB-C cable to watch stuff off your phone on the tv. Free wifi!! There's only maybe 5 English channels on the TV. Also exploring the city, an Uber ride to anywhere was no more than $9. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am ever in the city. Also free breakfast buffet isn't great, but it's free and has a lot of options!

The location of this hotel in proximity to the airport and to GNP Stadium was perfect. Grabbing an Uber to get to other parts of town was super easy too. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was a plus. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

What a fun weekend at a well-priced and convenient hotel. Breakfasts were included in our reservation and much enjoyed. Very clean Gym available by reservation. Thank you!

El transporte del Aeropuerto al Hotel TERRIBLE, más de una hora de espera, mal coordinado, el piloto de la noche que llegue de lo más desatento y la recepción no te ayuda en nada. NI LOCO ME VUELVO A HOSPEDAR ALLÍ.
