Front desk staff were amazing!

Portable air conditioning was not cooling enough

Spacious room on ground floor was perfect for us. We particularly liked the separate toilet to the shower room and excellent Nespresso machine which also had fruit tea pods. Definitely recommend the spa on the top floor which we had to ourselves on the Friday evening. Perfect way to unwind after a day of travelling and sightseeing. Location is ideal for walking around the city and public transport. The trams are so easy to use. Good choice of nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

Great stay, some rooms with a little lower views from the window, overall very pleasant.

Theresian is very old world boutique hotel with nice amenities and good location. The only thing missing is maid service of toilet (towel exchange only).

Amazing location and a truly beautiful hotel. The staff were so attentive and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back.

The hotel staff, particularly the staff in the lobby were amazing. They helped coordinate and accommodate all our requests. Very friendly. The breakfast staff were not great, but other than that, excellent hotel.

The Theresian was an excellent choice for me. It is located a few steps from public transport and also the central square. The room was large and quiet, with all the amenities I needed. Quiet location but really close to the centre. An elegant building with nice rooms.

This was a wonderful, comfortable hotel room with great service and a nice view. One very small complaint: the opaque curtains did not cover the whole window, so the room could not be made dark during daylight. Otherwise everything was great.
